How to connect and automatically extract Analytics from a Copilot

Good afternoon,

I would like to ask if you could help me connect to the analytics of a Bot I created in Copilot Studio for Microsoft Teams and set up an automatic download of this information, or guide me on how to connect with Power BI to extract the analytics data available there to create my own dashboard. The goal is for this to be automated rather than manual, as I am currently doing it.

To explain a bit further, when the Bot is deployed and we open it, several tabs appear, one of which is labeled “Analytics.” Within that tab, there is a Power BI dashboard with data. My idea is to connect to this information and extract it automatically on a daily basis.

Here are the steps:

Access Conversation Transcripts in Dataverse:

Copilot Studio logs conversation transcripts and analytics data in Dataverse.

To view and export these transcripts:

Sign in to the Power Apps portal.

Navigate to Dataverse > Tables.

Search for and select the ConversationTranscript table.

Use the Export option to download the data.

Push data to Microsoft Fabric and use Power BI
