How to restrict users from deleting the HelpDesk Tickets

We have configured Helpdesk in PowerApps , it works beautifully. But would like to know if we create a Ticket the same ticket is deleted by a Noral user. Is there a way to restrict that ?

    Do you mean the helpdesk solution as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/help-desk-install?

     

    I am not familiar with this specific solution but if I were you, I would add a visibility condition on the delete button.
