How to replace a Dropdown item to a checkbox in a form

Hi Team

I was wondering if someone can help me.

I have a simple Power app using a SharePoint List.

In the SharePoint List I have 2 choice columns which are showing in the Power App  Form as a drop downs. I want to replace the dropdowns with 2 separate checkboxes. How do I do this? When I delete the dropdowns and replace them with checkboxes it doesnt work. When I tick or untick the checkboxes nothing saves etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello @Jenkins_1

    Make sure that the Update property of that DataCard is pointing to your Checkbox value.

    If this is a single select drop box, i think it is more appropriate to use the Radio instead of Checkbox. It's just a suggestion and you can safely ignore it.

    Hi Cha_cha,

    thanks for the reply.  Currently in the dropdowns I have a choice formula in the Items. Do I not use this formula for the checkbox?

    Hi @Jenkins_1

    We need to add Checkboxes in the same data card as the dropdown. Add checkboxes based on the # of choice value from the dropdown, set the Text property of each Checkbox with each choice value from the dropdown.

    Note you need to set the Text and Default property of each Checbox as below:

    Set the Update property of the data card as below:

    {Value:If(Checkbox2.Value,Checkbox2.Text,Checkbox2_1.Value,Checkbox2_1.Text,Checkbox2_2.Value,Checkbox2_2.Text)}
