Mobile device requirements for PVA embedded in Canvas App

Hi,

I am building a bot (using PVA) embedded in Canvas App. This app will be used on mobile devices.

I want to know if there are any mobile device requirements for this App (and Bot) to run for both : Andriod & iOS

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @renatoromao ,

    Thanks for the clarification, that helps!!

    I have a question about the license. So to embed PVA in Canvas App, I will be using PVA for Web >> Custom Website channel. In that case which minimum PVA license would I need (as you mentioned some premium license in your earlier message) ?

    @Mitz ,

    By default, the PVA bot will run using the same conversation window for mobile devices or Desktop devices. You can resize your iframe component (PCF) or the bot size parameters if the width/height is not good for you.

    But in general, it is the same bot, same version, and it is configurable this size in your Canvas app.

    Hi @renatoromao ,

    So that means my Bot (in PVA) & canvas app will run on all versions of iOS and Android mobile device right?

    Hi @Mitz ,

    I don't think so, when you are embedding the PVA bot within your Canvas app, you'll need to use an iframe (PCF component).

    But except for these "development" steps and a respective PVA premium license (because you will use PVA for Web >> Custom Website channel), your bot should work well.
