400 Bad request error when trying to share a model driven app

Hello,
 
I've been having an issue with sharing a model driven app after the solution has been pushed through the pipeline.
 
This is in the UAT environmet, as the app is not in production yet.
 
If i delete the solution, and push it then I can share it, but this is not ideal.
 
Any ideas?
