Assigning Power Apps licenses

The recent Learn articles suggest that assigning licenses has been shifted to M365 admin center, which for me, sends me to the Godaddy web site. However, since Power Apps is not a Godaddy product, I can find no way to assign the licenses there. Is there anyone who can tell me how this is done in the current admin centers?

Thanks for your response but neither of the suggestions will work because they link me to Godaddy's Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Since Power Apps is not a Godaddy supported application, there is no way to assign Power Apps licenses. It seems I need to bypass the Godaddy Admin Center to one that has the capability I'm looking for.

Do you have Office 365 provided by Godaddy? How are you navigating to the Microsoft tenant containing Power Apps? What account are you using?

Yes, I do have Office 365 provided by Godaddy. I got the Power Apps directly from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps.

I'm using the Microsoft registered account, created in Godaddy, that I used to purchase Power Apps and to install Godaddy's Office 365.
