Dear Sir/Madam,

I created a PowerApps by customizing a SharePoint form. Nothing has changed on the SharePoint list recently. When I open the PowerApps now all of my choice fields (drop down menu) shows a red X error of "The data source supplied to the function is invalid." Some of the user unable to select the choice fields on my form. If I refresh the SharePoint data source, then the error goes away. But the user still unable to select any value from the choice fields.

I tried to put "refresh(DataSource)" on OnVisible properties on my form but the error still occur.

May i know whats wrong with this and how can i fix it?

Appreciate your assistance to guide me to fix the issue.

Thank you,

Athirah

    Hi  @Athirah :

    Could you tell me:

    • What is the form control's DataSource ?SharePoint list?Or CDS?
    • What is Station's data type?
    • What is the form control's items property?
    • What is the combo box/dropdown control's items properyt?Does it allow multiple selelctions?
    • What property of which control does the error appear in?What is the formula?
    • Waht is the data card's UpDate proepryt?

    Could you show more detials?

In addition,I suggest you delete this form and recreate it, usually doing so can solve the problem.

    Best Regards,

    Bof

I have a similar issue, and I can't believe that the only solution presented is "delete the form and recreate it".  The form I'm having the issue with includes 11 screens.   I'm sorry, but Microsoft has to be able to do better.
