I'm just wondering if there is a way to have the app force restart every time the user opens it ? I have an app that the user will be using on their phone but if they have opened the app and never force closed it, when they reopen the app it just goes back to where they left. If there has been updates to the gallery I don't think they will see them until they force close the app and reopen it.

You could give them a refresh button for the relevant Tables. There is not setting for what you want (it is more an mobile app issue than a Power Apps code one)
