SAP Business One

Dear Experts

We'd like to integrate SAP Business One with PowerApps. I've seen that there are no existing connectors for SAP, but with the help of Logic Apps you could build your own.

I'm also not an SAP Business One Expert, but I can work with Web Services to get data. My question now is whether there are other options than Logic Apps to access Web Services? From my understanding, you'd need to pay (quite a lot of) money to use Logic Apps.

Cheers

    Hi @leemex,

You can use a custom HTTP connector from PowerApps\Flow, or just simplyu

    Hi @leemex,

Do you want to connect to SAP Business connector from an app?

Currently, the SAP connector is not supported within PowerApps/MS Flow, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps/MS Flow, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas

Currently, as an alternative solution, you could consider take a try to create a custom connector based on your SAP Web Service within your PowerApps, then define proper action within this custom connector. After that, use this custom connector to retrieve/pull data from your SAP Web Service.

More details about creating custom connector within PowerApps, please check the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/register-custom-api

In addition, more details about connect to SAP Data from an app, please check and see if the following blog would help in your scenario:

    Best regards,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

I realized Microsoft recently changed their pricing model with PowerApps. In the video it looks like those custom connectors are for free. Do you know if this is still like this?

I know that the Custom Connectors in combination with Azure Logic Apps are not for free (at least not with Web Services)...

    Hi.

HTTP actions and custom connectors are still free for a month, and then you would be able to use it for some time after that if you have some in production.

Logic Apps are not free, but maybe we should arrange a quick conference call to see if there is something that we can assist with?
