Hi, I have a virtual agent that calls a Power Automate flow and feeds the response in the reply. In the designer the chat returns the result, however when I test using the demo page or test in a different browser I receive the following error:
Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it. Error code: 3000. Conversation ID: Lgt8oWHcgETNkG8XJb3vt-5. Time (UTC): 1/28/2021 2:04:05 AM.
The flow completes though so Power Automate isn't the issue.
hi @cbernier12 ,
Do you know if your workflow ran up to 2 minutes?
If no, you can try to fix it removing your "call an action" node and add it again.
If the issue persists or if you want, you can get the Bot ID and open a ticket to the PVA team: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
Problem with that is that i have to rebuild all my variable mappings, in messages and questions after the action execution.
I cannot do this all the time.
Hi @cbernier12 / @SteeveAMPLC ,
Do this problem still happening yet?
If yes, could you please provide more details?
Otherwise, we can close this topic 🙂
No!
I found the issue. in my Excel, in a column name, a special character (carriage return) was placed at the end. I removed it and it worked perfectly after the fix.
Happy to hear that! 🙂
Thanks for your feedback, @SteeveAMPLC
What I did to resolve this issue was disconnect my bot from the Team connection under Setting > Channels options and reconnect it back to Teams, and all of the new changes got updated and reflected in my bot once I republished.
