I have a Teams Powerapps that will be shared with users outside of the team as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-app-setup-policies

and pinned to the nav bar

As a number of the users will not be actively using teams I would like to send a URL to the app that will automatically open teams for them.. I know how to do this in a regular make.powerapps but how do I do this in a teams app?
