Option set styles

Hi, everyone,

How to create this type of option set in a CDS Model-driven app?

    Hi @Helvin,

    It's possible with the following steps:

    1. In make.powerapps.com, navigate to your Entity --> Forms and open the desired form
    2. Switch to Classic form designer by clicking the "Switch to Classic" button in the command bar
    3. Select the optionset field and click "Change Properties" in the ribbon
    4. Select the "Controls" tab and click "Add Control"
    5. Pick "Option Set" and click "Add" button
    6. Select the 2nd Option set control for Web, Phone and Tablet:

    7. Click OK, Save all and Publish
    8. Then it will show like this 🙂

    It will automatically show the all items from your option set 🙂 in my example I only had 3...

    Apologies for my tardiness, that's kinda stupid that the max is 3, would be interested to know why Microsoft designed it as such. You can look at this control from the community at PCF gallery, it should do the trick:
