Power Apps and Power Automate - Connection Control

Hi there,

i am currently creating an App, which is uses several Flows in Power Automate.

I just realised that once the User gets in Invite for Using the App he/she needs to connect to its own connectors, such as Outlook.

In the Flow i have the option send EMail with Options where i cant change the From Property.

Also its a bit annoying that i dont have controll over the Connectors?

Does anyone know i Way to work around this problem?

Is it possible to Manage or Controll the Connectors which are send automatically from power apps to power automate?

The best would be that the user only needs to connect to the connectors for using the app and not the ones for the flow.

Thanks in Advance

    Hi @JuliusBruch ,

If you use the Power Apps V2 connector in your Flow, you can use the Run Only Users option (bottom right when you open the Flow details) to use the connector of the Flow owner (or any other connector in the environment) to send the email from that account instead of the logged-in user's.
