Unable to save changes to Default PVA Topic: Greeting

I have developed a chatbot project with PVA and I did some changes in the greetings topic recently nothing happened when I press save but when I try to go back to the topic it says the content is not saved

Hi @Ella,

This is expected as editing system topics like 'Greeting' isn't possible in the current production version of PVA.
However, this feedback was taken into account and it is possible in the new unified authoring canvas of PVA, currently in

The only workaround in the current production of PVA, and this is more of a hack (warning: this isn't documented nor supported), is to:
export your bot in a solution,
unzip it,
edit the content.json file for the desired topic (e.g. content.json under botcomponents/new_topic_5a13227529cf45689e42395156e4c79e_ba7b967c97ba4c39bca58a8bb6a72d59_conversationstart for Greeting),
edit/add trigger phrases,
create a new zip file for the solution,
import it to overwrite the bot in PVA.

A solution was given by Microsoft there was an exception that prevented the saving
