Show/hide label in gallery based on selection from a form

Help Please !!

I've searched high and low and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
I have New Form with drop downs and if I choose a certain response in one datacard (DropZone) another data card (SampleCord) field becomes visible with 2 options to select.

What I'm trying to do is in a gallery called galBuyerView, I have it filtered to approved requests. Within the records I'm trying to show or hide a label based on the responses from the New Form datacard (SampleCord). What is the proper syntax and how can I show the label if someone chooses a response in Samplecord datacard. The label within the gallery is called lblSampleCord.

@tylerbailey1 - assuming you want to hide the Label is the field is referencing is blank, you apply the below into the Visible property of the Label

    !IsBlank(ThisItem.'Your Sample Cord Field')

If you're using SharePoint and the Sample Cord Field is a Choice field, use:

    !IsBlank(ThisItem.'Your Sample Cord Field.Value')

I have the SP list column setup as a Single Line Text. I want to show the label if the approved record shows the person made a selection from the Datacard (SampleCord) if SampleCord is blank I don't want to see the label.
