Hi Randy,
I hope you had a nice weekend. I have some buttons and labels on my Logistics Screen that aren't refreshing in real time. I think the issue is with the OnSuccess formula. The form used to show the last submit immediately before I introduced the On Hold email portion. Everything seems to be working as intended otherwise, it is just that I have to navigate to the home screen and then back to the record in order to see that latest changes. Since my formula isn't displaying any errors, is it an "order of operations" issue? I've tried several different formula sequences without success. On hitch might be the email If statement. It says what to do if the status is "On Hold", but it doesn't say what to do otherwise. Would that be what is throwing things off? If so, what do I do to fix it?
Thanks again for all your help, Teresa
