Direct Line API keeps returning "conversation not found" or "resource not found" errors

Recently, I've followed the approach described in this forum thread to generate a conversation ID and token via the Direct Line API. However, whenever I send messages to the API, I keep getting errors like:

  • "conversation not found"

  • "resource not found"

Previously, this method worked fine, but now it consistently returns these errors. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?

Could there have been any changes to Direct Line API behavior? Or is there a different recommended approach for calling the API now?

I appreciate any insights or advice!

    Any update? I too am getting "conversation not found" when following these instructions:

    I am using Microsoft Flow with a Execute Copilot task. There does not seem to be any way to get the result from the returned conversation.id.
