Copilot - Manage your connections - teams wont connect

Hi All,

I'm a first-time poster and a self-proclaimed newbie.

I've created an agent, but I'm encountering issues when trying to connect it to the team. It seems like something is blocking the connection.

When I attempt to connect, I see the green arrow, and it runs when I submit. However, when it takes me back to the screen, it still shows as not connected.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

After you click the Submit button, the pop-up should close and display the status as "Connected".

If the status remains stuck at "Not Connected", please close that tab, return to the message where the agent asked you to connect, open the connection management window, and try clicking Connect again

Thank you so much for responding to my post.

That unfortunately did not resolve my issue. It still stays "not connected"
