Hi all,
Is it possible to provide the user with a list of the topics avalible and allow them to select a topic.

Edit: I missed the greeting topic part from your title. Adjusted my answer slightly.
One approach could be to create another topic edit the greeting topic and add a choice question. Based on the answer you can redirect to the right topic.
Below is an example of that approach.
