Bot Language Studio Metadata

I've created a QnA in Language Studio & am linking it to my PVA bot through Power Automate.

 

I'm using the users location as metadata to filter out relevant answers, however some of the answers are relevant across multiple locations.

 

Does anyone know any way of getting multiple metadata values against one key in Language Studio?
