Hi Everyone, I have an Enterprise Website where I need to search for an Entity, download a report from Website.

After downloading all reports in Excel, want to copy all data in a Single Sheet.

Any help / guidelines are greatly appreciated.

    Hi @ykhingalaje ,

    I trust you are good, Based on your specific use case scenario, It seems like an ideal use case for Powerautomate desktop.

    With Powerautomate desktop you can have a recording of all the steps you occasionally take for the file, Just like how macros are recorded in MS-Excel, You can then set an interval for when that flow would run on a daily basis.

    If you would like to know how to get started with Power automate desktop Andersen Jensen Provides amazing content on his Youtube channel : RPA. I suggest you take a look at his channel as it includes other helpful contents that can help with your flow.

    @ykhingalaje

    In my view this will not be possible using the CLOUD version of Flow but others may say it can be done using the DESKTOP, which I do not use.

    The issue is the search at the start, this will produce a webpage that will change each time and then selecting the correct part of the site to then download will be the major stumbling block.

    Can you not get the Enterprise Website team to email you the information instead, then maybe you could look at then storing the files you receive on SharePoint to then start interacting with them.

    Regards,

    Andrew
