PowerApps modern Table control bug

I am using PowerApps version 3.24082.13 and on a simple blank screen with a Green background I added the Modern - TABLE control.  Now I see that the 2 bottom corners are transparent on the TABLE control and so the screen color is bleeding through as seen in the snapshot below.
Reflow behavior = Reflow
 
 
Any ideas ? Thanks.
