Can't relate dropdowns based on separate SharePoint columns

Hi All,

I have an app that submits data to a SharePoint list, and some of the required data is stored in another SharePoint list. I am having an issue relating one dropdown to another using the "Filter" function and am wondering if anyone knows what I can do to get the proper results. In my column for "Test Type" I get no results:

I made a version using Dataverse (My boss would prefer SharePoint because of the licensing requirements) and it works just fine:

My Dataverse version also grabs the "Duration" of each test properly. Below is my current SharePoint list as I am trying to use it:

Does anyone know if / how I can get the same functionality that is in my Dataverse version, in my SharePoint version?

Any feedback is appreciated!

    @Aurora

    Your combobox is actually getting records.  That is apparent because it does drop down with the appearance of rows in it.  But, you are most likely not showing the proper column from your items.

    Click on the Edit in the properties and make sure you are showing the proper column.

    I hope this is helpful for you.
