Error code: SystemError on MS Teams Channel

Hi everyone, I have built a bot with PVA free trial but currently it is not fully working on MS Teams channel.

 

When I create a new channel, the first conversation works for the chatbot as shown below.

However, from 2nd conversation onwards, the chatbot don't work anymore as shown below:

I would appreciate if any kind souls can guide me on what to do next, as I am unable to fix it.

    I have the same problem. The bot replies fine in a private chat, but in channels it gives a SystemError. The "classic" bots however work fine both in channel and private chat.

    We are also having the same issue. Can someone from MSFT bump this up the priority list?
