Manage Connections in copilot power automate flow

Hi everyone, I am facing an issue with Copilot in the Manage Connections screen. It repeatedly asks me to reconnect or review the flow in Power Automate. I want to avoid having to connect multiple times. How can I resolve this?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you saying this happens every time you edit the existing flow or every time you create a new flow using Copilot? If its the later than that is the normal process and can't be changed. If its the former, then it shouldn't be doing that unless the connections are broken. Can you provide some more details? We'll try to help.

Hi @Pstork1,
I don't want to manage the connection every time, as everyone in my organization uses this Copilot. I developed it to be live and plan to add more features to enhance its functionality.

Hi @Pstork1, @WarrenBelz @RandyHayes

I am experiencing the same issue. It is getting frustrating.

I have created an action through Copilot Studio to be called by my Copilot Agent. When I try to test my agent in Studio, I keep on getting this message:

It then brings me to this page and I then proceed to hit Connect here:

It brings me to this pop-up:

Once I hit "Submit" it loads but nothing happens (it still shows "Not Connected") I have done this numerous times and retried the whole process but the Status remains "Not Connected". I also tried refreshing, disconnecting then connecting but still no changes.

Can anyone help with this issue, please? Thanks!
