Yeah , but nothing is clear here about minimum capacity to purchase. at all places it has been mentioned as $200, which is quite expensive would say as I wont have much users.
SO is there any option to get is cheaper or as per the usage .
There is a minimum capacity to purchase.

If you've started a trial, wait for one month to get a representative sample of the bot usage and then go the Analytics dashboard of your bot, and go to the Billing tab: View billed sessions (preview) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
From there, you can see how many Billed Sessions you've consumed for the last 30 days, and you should then be able to purchase the appropriate capacity accordingly: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/
