Repeated connection authentication

I'm utilizing powerapps forms in my sharepoint list.

When I view the item, the connection authentication is displayed, and even if I allow it, the authentication is displayed again when the browser reloads.

The information of the connection of the Sharepoint account is created in the environment at the time of permission.

This phenomenon started happening yesterday.

Not all accounts.

I have a feeling it's happening with the accounts that are syncing with the on-premise AD.

Anyone have any idea?

    Hello dear,

     

    most likely cache issue, maybe try a different browser, if this didn't work remove and re-add the connections again

    also please keep in mind the connections in the app don't rely on the defined connection in the connection tab, which means each user when using the app need have a connection to the source once they open the app

    Hello dear,

     

    Thank you for answering.
    I tried clearing the cache and using a different browser and another terminal, but it did not improve.

    It also started to occur with a tenant with a different contract.

     

    1. Click Allow
    2. Display normally
    3. Move by reloading or navigating
    4. Click the item again
    5. Click Allow Screen

    I've recently discovered that this happens to accounts that have never authenticated to access a list item for the first time.

    Also, adding one SharePoint Action Flow to PowerApps seems to be the trigger condition.
