Create a task assigning multiple 365 users in a SharePoint List

I would like to pass the text from a label over to Power Automate to create the Task title. I would then like to get all the persons from a SharePoint List, and assign them to that task. Many thanks.

    Hi @Knawl ,

Firstly Passing the text from a label to Power Automate:

Assuming that the trigger of the flow would be Power Apps, in the Power Automate, against the Task Title, You need to select "Ask from Power Apps" from the right navigation as shown below.

Once You Select that, the Flow would be expecting a parameter while triggering from the Power Apps end. So your flow trigger in Power Apps should be like below:

    Yourflowname.Run(label.Text)

The Label.Text would provide the Value in the Flow.

Secondly Assigning to users from SharePoint List:

If its going to be many users, Please let us know how the users are populated in the SharePoint List.

Is it a Look Up List ?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I solved passing the label over.

I'm making an app where various experts across the organisation can contribute to a knowledge base. They are all assigned an area of focus. In the event of an expert leaving, there is an Approval process in place to nominate a new expert. However, sometimes no new expert will be known. In this case, the leaving expert triggers a task in the app which is sent to a small number of administrators. The administrators will identify a new expert. I don't want to hard code them in as they may also change, so I have a single list for that. They are just stored in a People column.

    Thanks.

    Hi @Knawl ,
As the users are stored in a SharePoint List , try the below steps in Flow.

    **Initialize String Variable (varEmail)
**Get Items (Sharepoint List where the users are stored in People Picker)
**Apply to Each : (Value property of Get Items Action)

            --Under Apply to Each
                   -- Append to string variable Action (varEmail) : Email Property from the Get Items Action;

    Outside the Apply to Each,
Use the varEmail variable in the Assignee Field where you have hardcoded the email ID's

So the O/P of the variable outside the Apply To each would be as mentioned below.
                                Email1;Email2;Email3;..etc.

This should auto trigger an email to all the email Id's Separated by semicolon (;)
