is power virtual agent needs premium license or its part of office365 features, Kindly suggest

    It is not included in the Office365 license.  You can use CoPilot Studio with a trial account to build a bot, but you will need a tenant license to deploy a bot into production in your environment. Bots are billed based on a message allotment per month.  This is not the same as Microsoft 365 CoPilot.  Take a look at the Copilot Studio licensing on this page. Microsoft Copilot Studio | Customize or Create Copilots
