Sharing single bot across multiple sites

Hello everyone,

I am working with a client in the retail space. The client has numerous different brands. Each brand has its own website with contact information and other data. I built them a POC bot that connects to one of their websites. Is it possible to set up a single Copilot Studio custom bot and parameterize the websites it searches for generative responses or do we need to create separate copies for each bot? If so, how is this information provided to the bot?

It is possible, but I would not advise it. pulling multiple contexts into a single bot is just asking for bleedover in the responses. Instead, I would say with generative responses in particular it is best practice to scope one bot to one domain.
