how to insert scrollable screen in screen

i want to insert scrollable screen in screen it is possible?

 

similar like this 

when i click any record in gallery ,it should display in popup window with scrollable option in screen .

    Suggestion:
    You could build your popup using a Vertical container and set the Vertical Overflow to Scroll:
