I have a requirement to capture the CSAT survey start count in variable. if survey feedback star in less than 3 and ask username and email for further contact else end the conversation. Please guide with example. Thanks
I don't think there's a way to get values or else from CSAT survey, it is an ermetic block you've to use as it is.I already asked but never obtained info about it.
Any other way to create custom survey and capture the response ?
