How do we capture the CSAT star in variable for further use ?

I have a requirement to capture the CSAT survey start count in variable. if survey feedback star in less than 3 and ask username and email for further contact else end the conversation. Please guide with example. Thanks

I don't think there's a way to get values or else from CSAT survey, it is an ermetic block you've to use as it is.
I already asked but never obtained info about it.
