Hello! 🙂 Regarding the multiple choice option: Is it possible that users can select multiple answers at once and not just one?
You can do it using Bot Framework Composer.

Hi,
I have added multiple choice options in one of the topic but these choices are not showing when try to run in Chat Widget.
My Bot is integrated in Omnichannel with Chat messaging.
I'd suggest you to use Adaptive cards instead of the multiple choice inbuilt option. Adaptive cards can be changed to help the user select multiple answers
