I am currently using Dynamics 365 Sales along with the Copilot for Sales add-in. We added a "Summary" section to all our forms as one of our requirements is to summarize all activities. The issue I am having is that users have to log their activity through the Copilot for Sales add-in in Outlook and then go into Dynamics, find their activity, re-open the flow so it can be edited, then add in the summary and save the activity. I realize that doing it all in Dynamics would be the best solution, but we are an Outlook based organization, and that solution won't fit.
My question is, is there a way to add a custom field to Copilot for Sales so that users can add their summary right from Outlook without having to go back into Dynamics? If not, is there a better solution?
