Is it possible to integrate O365 with copilot studio?

Depends on what type of integration you are looking for/talking about? Can you share a bit more details what you are specifically looking for?
To give you an idea about integration options:
- You can publish your custom copilots to for example Microsoft Teams:

Currently I have integrated copilot with custom webchat. But for the user icon in copilot webchat , I need to display the profile picture of the user. So for this, is it possible to get the profile picture of the user by integrating O365 with Copilot ?
Webchat sounds like anonymous chatting, without signing in. Does your copilot use authentication? Do the users need to login for the custom webchat? If not, it would be pretty challenging to find their profile pictures.

Btw, if you would publish your copilot to Teams the end users would see their own profile while chatting with the copilot.

Yes, for the copilot, I am using authentication and users need to login for the custom webchat. Thanks for sharing document and I have add used the document for adding authentication. I need to display the profile picture of the user, so is it possible to get the profile picture of the user by integrating O365 with Copilot? Could share if there is any document for the same.
I have not seen a document about that.
You could look into the styleOptions of the bot. There is a userAvatarImage which you might be able to replace with your own code:
