Power BI Form Component Missing?

I had previously used the Power BI component on my forms, but now I'm not seeing it as an option. I've tried toggling the settings in the admin center, but no luck. Anyone else experiencing this?

I had face this issie earlier but I was able to resolve by following below steps.
    1. Ensure Power BI Integration is Enabled in the Environment
Even if you toggled settings, double-check this:
    • Go to Power Platform Admin Center
    • Select the environment > Settings
    • Under Features, make sure "Power BI visualization embedding" is turned ON
    • Save and wait a few minutes, then refresh the form designer
if it's already on, toggle it OFF → Save → wait → toggle ON again. This often resets the feature.

    2. Use the Modern Form Designer
The Power BI control is only visible in the modern form designer, not the legacy one.
    • Open the table in Power Apps
    • Click Forms
    • Open a form, then select Switch to modern if prompted
You should then see the Power BI visualization as an option under Components or Insert > Controls.

    3. Permissions & Licensing
    • Ensure you're licensed with Power BI Pro
    • You're signed into Power Apps Studio and Power BI with the same tenant/account
    • The embedded report you're referencing is published to a workspace that you have access to
    • The environment has Dataverse enabled, which is a dependency

@MParikh - Thanks for the detailed responses. I've verified all settings, but still no luck. The odd thing is that the component had previously been used and is editable. The label says it's a custom component, but it does not show under components anymore so I can't add it in other places or in other apps in the same environment.
