You can use Get file content using path from the OneDrive connector to retrieve the uploaded file. After that, use Create share link to generate a shareable URL for the file.
Once the link is created, store the attachment name and the shareable link in an array variable. You can then use these values in an Apply to each action to add the attachment to the Planner task.
This method allows the uploaded OneDrive file to appear correctly under Attachments in the Planner task.
Thanks for sharing the additional details.
I hope the Create sharing link option resolves the issue and allows users to view the attachments directly from the Planner task. Please let me know if you still run into any problems.
Thanks for your message and the offer to connect. I’m not able to join live sessions or collaborate via Teams, but I’m happy to assist here on the forum.
If you’re experiencing issues, please share screenshots of your form, the flow steps, or any error messages, particularly how the attachment or task creation is set up. This will allow me to provide specific guidance and troubleshooting steps.
I’ll review the information and help you work through the issue step by step. This approach also ensures that the solution can help others who may encounter the same problem.
