Goal: Create Azure Synapse Link to link Dataverse with Storage Account in Azure.
Requirements have been fulfilled:
- User account have Power Apps 30-day trial license (Ref: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/signup-for-powerapps)
- Dataverse environment is in the same region as the Storage Account.
- User account has been assigned as ‘System Administrator’ role in the environment.
- User account has been assigned as: Contributor in Resource Group; Owner, Reader, and Storage Data Blob Contributor in Storage Account.
- Storage Account setting: Hierarchical namespace: Enabled; Storage account key access: Enabled; Allow access from: All networks.
Additional explanation:
- User accounts have licenses, such as: Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial, Microsoft Power Automate Free, Power Apps and Logic Flows
The error:
403: https://athenawebservice.eas-il102.gateway.prod.island.powerapps.com/environment/cf3a32dc-0413-e610-b809-e43e26ed2283/createfilesystem. Unable to access storage account. This may be transient as permissions for the application may need time to propagate. Please wait for some time and try again later. If the issue persists, please ensure the storage account is on a network accessible by our service and you have the correct role access as described in our documentation.
