Archival & Retrieval Process

We want to archive/export the stale data from dataverse to other external storages e.g. Data Lake / Azure SQL etc.,

 

What is the best approach for Archival and Retrieval from Performance , License cost etc. perspective

 

Need to Retrieve the archived data from external storage back to UI Canvas App gallery using filter criteria

 

Any suggestion or thought process would be really helpful

    Hi @KKJ 

    If you are on-primes then you can get a backup from your database directly but if your online then no option to backup to external data storage but you still have an option to purchase a new tenant with single user witch will provide you with initial 10GB storage plus 250 MB for the user license and then deploy all your work to the  environment and that will cost about 20$/month
