SharePoint Customized List Form Gallery Missing in Embed Page and Preview Mode

I customized SharePoint List form, and added gallery to get Repeating table. When I access the form the list, I am able to see the gallery, but when I embed the app to Modern page, gallery does not show up. Image below.

Is the gallery tied into SharepointListIntegration by selectedItem - embedding in modern page if it can't reference the integration list may result in issues

Gallery is not tied to SharePoint List Integration. Gallery data source is referencing to Child list.

Are there any conditions for the visibility of the gallery?

Yes, there is. the visibility is based on the active tab. Again, as I mentioned, I only have the issue in Preview mode and embed. If I open the form from the list, I see the gallery.
