Model Driven App - Date Format

Is it possible to change the date format on the forms and views in a model driven app?

    Yeah, we can set it at user level or organization level.

    Hi - I am really sorry but I cannot read the solution.  I have to change the date format in my model driven app and I cannot remember how to do it.  Desperately want help because I cannot move onto my next step without working this out.
