Network error when using Patch function: An error occurred on the server.

Encounter message "Network error when using Patch function: An error occurred on the server." when submitting a form to SharePoint list using patch function. It has been working all the while. I have tried re-adding the SharePoint connection and verified my permission to the SharePoint list. Please help.
