I am trying to figure out how to get the SQL Server connector working with Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication and Azure SQL. I am getting an error message "The tables didn't load correctly. Please try again" when choosing a dataset. I am able to use the connector with SQL authentication, but I can't get the magic to work if I create my connection using AAD authentication.
I've have tried the following:
This is probably already set up this way, but is your AD connection for your email set up as having select, edit, add, delete access?

I am signed in with an account in the group assigned to Active Directory Admins and I have added the account as a db_owner.
I seem to be able to do all the things when connected using SQL Server Management Studio with 'Active Directory - Universal with MFA support' authentication.
Apparently the issue is the version of the SQL connector that we have in our default environment is not the latest. I created a new environment and was able to connect successfully.
