Users need license to access SharePoint custom list form?

I have created a custom form in PowerApps and publish it to a SharePoint list.
I used only SharePoint connections.

Will every user who access the list will require a license to use the form in the SharePoint list (NewItem form +EditItem form)?

The documentation is very confusing on this aspect.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Bogdan

    Hello @sharegate1

Sharepoint is Standard connector meaning that you don't need any premium license. In you case with Office 365 license the user will be able to use this list.

The following link indicates that is Standard connector:

    Thanks @akandis.

But the users will still be prompted to start a trial when they are first accessing the new or edit form in the list?

What happens when the trial is over, the activity will result in extra costs?

@sharegate1 When a trial expires nothing will be billed without you permission.

I recommend you to check all the connectors used in the app in order to identify why is a premium app instead a Standard.

For sure that if the final users receive this message is because the app is Premium.

Here you can find why maybe your final users are requested for Premium plan

    Thanks @akandis
After the trial expires the users will be able to access the list form or they will be prompted to purchase a license?

When the trial expired the user will be prompted for a Premium license again.

    Thanks @akandis

From what I've understood so far, using PowerApps forms in a SharePoint list requires licenses.
