I have a simple Power App linked to a Sharepoint list and one of my users is gettins an error when trying to connect to it.
They've had no issues before, everyone else can connect and use it fine and they can sign into the sharepoint site and other 365 app sites but not this one. I've deleted cookies, used different browsers etc but keep getting this error.
Can anyone help me with it please?

Hey guys, i had the same issue, but only with one user of the tenant. All the other user could log in and use the app.
It was a browser cache issue, we entered to the app with a private session and everything was ok. We cleared the browser cache and we were able to enter the app normally.

Sadly no answer – we changed nothing and the user reported that the fault “resolved itself” a few days later!!!
I will piggy back you and ask you the same question, haha. Did you all find the solution for this?

We have a very similar issue, some users, not all are getting
when trying to open a canvas power app.
The app uses Dataverse as the back end store and we have a connector to the data.
Most users are fine, it is just a small number.
We have cleared browser cache, changed browser, chrome & edge.
