I've encountered a problem where the connctions wont simply connect, but I dont get any error message.
We have created a flow in power automate and it works fine, with the selected functions, and the api keys work when you test in power automate its own test function. When this action is to be used through copilot studio it will not connect. This applies to all functions/apps that are not from Microsoft. Typical adobe "convert pdf" doesn't work either. If we include this, the action will not connect, but if we only use sharepoint, the action will connect.
Can you clarify/share more information about your issue? Does the flow trigger and are you getting a specific error? If so, can you please share that error message?
And how are you testing? Via the test panel in the Copilot studio editor or via one of the published channels (Teams or Website) in your Copilot?
