Parameters not showing when creating flow for stored procedure

I have about 20 stored procedure flows I created a few months ago, which pass parameters to a SqlServer on prem database.  I created a new one this morning but when I create the flow, specify my connection information, I dont get prompted for my parameters.  In the first snapshot,  you can see one of my old ones.  In the second shot, I never get the "Ask in PowerApps" prompt.  The stored procedures in Sql Server are in the same database created the same way

I just noticed my other flows were PowerApps flow and the new one is PowerApps V2.  It appears something in V2 is not allowing the Ask In PowerApps function.  How do I pass parameters to the Sql Server stored procedures?
