Dear,
I manage multiple dataverse environments in multiple independent tenants. The last months I have seen a lot of (non-production) sandbox environments that all of a sudden are growing in file and/or database usage, while almost nobody actively uses these environments. I have not yet seen this behaviour in production environments...
I have seen multiple threads about the AsyncOperation table growing, where you could use bulk deletion to delete complete system jobs... However, I wonder why these sudden increases happen...
Here some graphs of multiple environments (in multiple tenants):
In the environment above, I initiated some bulk deletions a few days ago resulting in clearing the AsyncOperations table...
It seems that in some environments it started around the same date (due to some update?), but others grow consistently without real usage...
Anybody knows how to prevent this, since it takes quite some time to clean everything...
best regards,
Koen
Are there any asynchronous workflows or plugin steps in the environments which have not checked the option to auto-delete successfully complete run job?
