I have a big issue. I work from Germany with a stable internet connection. I experience a big plattform problem with Powerapps. Since some hours I cannot save my application anymore and content got lost.
I can go to any other websites without problems. Also my office account is accessible. I can also open my application on PowerApps. But saving my application gives my an endless spinner. Is there any technical Microsoft problem in the Cloud? How can I check?

Today in the morning I could work for one hour. Now saving changes troubles again. Internet is stable.
I deleted browser cache. Also used a second computer. Problem remains. Even deleting two screens to reduce workload does not help. On top changing a color of a label brings the application into trouble with performance.
In the Admin-Center I do not detect any issue
