Dataverse Table Form Settings Security Role Greyed Out

I'm trying to adjust the security roles associated with a Form connected to a dataverse table. I've has Sys Admin rights to this environment, but the option is greyed out and unclickable, see the image. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Not sure why this is happening... Some thoughts:

I think the form needs to be a form type of "Main", can you verify this is not a Card, Quick Create, Quick View type of form?

If it is a main form, can you see if it is possible through the legacy forms approach (https://carldesouza.com/restricting-access-to-a-form-in-dynamics-365-through-security-roles/)
